Bill Pay
Pay all your bills in seconds and conveniently in one place with online Bill Pay. From utility bills to babysitters, you can virtually pay all your bills within a few easy clicks. Sign up for Bill Pay is within our Online Banking. Doing so will allow you to do the following:
- Pay bills electronically - payments are deducted from your checking account
- Person-to-person payments
- Place monthly bills directly into Bill Pay with eBill
- Add, delete, or modify information on your personal list of payees
- Review payments made over a specific time period
- Verify and correct information before payments are sent
- Bill Pay comes FREE with a checking account
Mobile Check Deposit
Deposit checks directly into your WCCU account using your smartphone or tablet. No visit to a branch is required! Simply download the WinCU mobile banking app to get started. Don’t forget to write “For WCCU Mobile Deposit Only” followed by your signature on the back of the check.*
*Based on approval, daily limits are tiered, with a limit of 3 mobile deposits per day. Checks submitted after 4:30 pm Monday-Friday or on holidays, may not be deposited until the following business day. Checks may be placed on hold. Please be aware, that while the WCCU mobile banking app is completely free to download, your mobile carrier may assess web access charges.
eStatements
Get rid of all the extra paper in your filing cabinet and sign up for eStatements today. Each month, you’ll receive an electronic version of your paper Statements.
Once you enroll in Online Banking, you will automatically receive eStatements. If you wish to change this feature, you can do that within Online Banking. Simply click on the “Statements” tab at the top.
We will notify you by email that your statement is available at the beginning of each month. Statements are on a secure server utilizing high-level encryption. All your statements are available online for 24 months.
Direct Deposit
Have your payroll check electronically deposited at your credit union. Your funds will be available the day you are paid. You will receive an earnings statement from your employer on payday which shows the amount of the net deposit. Your monthly Credit
Union statement will also show the amount of the deposit.
To initiate Direct Deposit to your Credit Union account you need to provide your employer with the Credit Union's routing and transit number (ABA#) which is 275981174. Then specify
savings or checking and give your employer your account number at the Credit Union. If you have any questions please email us or call us at 920.233.9096.
Get Paid Early with Direct Deposit
With Winnebago Community Credit Union's Early Direct Deposit*, you're eligible to receive your paycheck early. With Early Direct Deposit your payroll, retirement, Social Security, or other direct deposits will be electronically deposited into your WCCU accounts one day early. It's that easy!
Plus, with an extra day of funds, you can do even more with your money. Payday has never been better! Get the most out of your paycheck:

- Save more, faster! It can go into your savings account before it touches your hands.
- Pay bills and make loan payments earlier.
Set up direct deposit today to start being paid a day earlier at no charge to you. Request a direct deposit form from your employer or other payment providers, as many offer their own direct deposit form. Provide your employer or other payment providers with WinCU’s routing number #275981174 and your WinCU Member Number to deposit the funds into. For your WinCU Checking Account provide your Member Number + check digit, this is the middle set of numbers on the bottom of your checks. To deposit funds to your WinCU Savings Account, provide your WinCU Member Number.
Once you establish recurring Early Direct Deposit with your employer or other payment provider and the funds are being sent to WinCU, you can allocate the funds to your various accounts. Using Online or Mobile Banking, you can set up recurring weekly, biweekly, twice-monthly, or monthly automatic transfers to your other accounts.
While WinCU will try wherever possible to advance direct deposits by up to a day, availability of funds ahead of the originally scheduled pay date is not guaranteed. You should not rely on Early Direct Deposit to satisfy the needs of scheduled bill or loan payments or any date-sensitive financial obligations. Keep in mind you may already have transfers or payments scheduled on your actual payday. These payments will occur on the regularly scheduled date.
*Subject to employer and/or payer terms and conditions. WinCU may post ACH credit entries one business day earlier than the effective date (if applicable). Exceptions may apply.
