Part-Time Teller/Member Associate
We currently have a career opportunity as a Part-Time Teller/Member Associate at our Snell Branch.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with accurately and efficiently processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, or cashier’s checks
- Verify endorsements and proper identification on deposit and mobile deposit transactions
- Execute wire or ACH transfer requests
- Assist members with debit, credit, and gift card issuance
- Troubleshoot credit or debit card issues, online and mobile banking questions, or other general account-related questions
- Balance and maintain personal cash drawer, branch vault, and appropriate currency logs if applicable
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to listen and identify members’ financial needs to support their financial well-being better
- Problem-solve to make quick decisions, ability to take initiative, perform accurate cash handling transactions, intermediate computer skills, and maintain a courteous demeanor in a busy member-centric work environment
- Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team and collaborate effectively with others throughout the organization
- Work 30-35 hours per week, including every other Saturday morning, and alternate scheduling for opening and closing the branch. Opportunity at times for additional hours
- High school diploma or GED required

Call Center

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or account details to members.
- Assist members with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
- Promote products or services to potential clients through persuasive communication and upselling techniques that can save our members time or money.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately while managing call volume.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with members and the team.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous; familiarity with call center operations is a plus. 1-2 years' experience in Credit Union or banking industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Be positive, punctual, and accountable to members and the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data processing system, and hardware knowledge (RingCentral phone system, wireless headsets, etc.).
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales initiatives is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions or perform cash handling duties accurately when required.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess members’ needs and provide tailored solutions efficiently.

Scheduled Work Hours:
- Full-time – 40 hrs
- Rotation schedule for typically one Saturday morning per month on duty at our Witzel St location. Given 3.5 hours off during the work week to compensate.
- Two required all-staff training days, one in fall and one in spring.
- Attendance at our Annual Membership Meeting in the spring of each year.

Member Associate Manager
The Member Associate Manager/Head Teller at the Snell Branch provides day-to-day leadership for teller operations, ensuring exceptional member service, strong cash controls, and operational accuracy. This role supports and guides the Member Associates on the teller line while safeguarding credit union assets and promoting a positive service and sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform teller duties, including opening and closing the branch
- Lead daily teller operations and support workflow efficiency
- Serve as the branch vault teller and oversee daily cash availability
- Provide guidance on complex transactions and member concerns
- Support training, onboarding, and coaching of teller staff
- Promote service excellence and referral behaviors
- Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and applicable regulations
- Perform Notary Public duties as required
- Rotating Saturdays required at our Neenah or Witzel locations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior teller or cash-handling experience required
- Lead teller or senior teller experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Commitment to member service and credit union philosophy
