Member Associate Manager

The Member Associate Manager/Head Teller at the Snell Branch provides day-to-day leadership for teller operations, ensuring exceptional member service, strong cash controls, and operational accuracy. This role supports and guides the Member Associates on the teller line while safeguarding credit union assets and promoting a positive service and sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform teller duties, including opening and closing the branch
  • Lead daily teller operations and support workflow efficiency
  • Serve as the branch vault teller and oversee daily cash availability
  • Provide guidance on complex transactions and member concerns
  • Support training, onboarding, and coaching of teller staff
  • Promote service excellence and referral behaviors
  • Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and applicable regulations
  • Perform Notary Public duties as required
  • Rotating Saturdays required at our Neenah or Witzel locations as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior teller or cash-handling experience required
  • Lead teller or senior teller experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Commitment to member service and credit union philosophy
