• Copies of current check stub(s) from present
  employer(s)
• If self-employed, we will need copies of the last 2 years of business and personal taxes
• Offer to purchase

Refinancing a Home

• Copies of W-2 forms from the last year
• Copies of current check stub(s) from present
  employer(s)
• If self-employed, we will need copies of the last 2 years of business and personal taxes
• Statement from present mortgage holder
• Copy of current homeowners insurance
